If there's an issue with your order due to a mishap on our end, or some unfortunate event happened where the arrangement is no longer needed; we're happy to provide you with a full refund. Other than that, there is no Refund or Return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your floral purchase, we're happy and more than willing to create for you another arrangement free of charge.
