At Naya's Lovely Flowers, we value you as a customer so please read our policy before placing your order. We strongly recommend for orders to be placed at least 2 days in advance. It's important to place
your order in a timely fashion for many reasons such as inventory with the Wholesaler, processing time, timely delivery/pickup, and for best quality flowers. For special arrangements please fill out the customize arrangement form and allow us 24hours to reach out to you to confirm and finalize your order. Please double, triple check your delivery or receiving address; we are not responsible for arrangements going to the wrong location. Be sure to leave a valid phone number in case we need to contact you. Feel free to share with us as many details as you possibly can for your order. There is no refund and no return. If you were to be disappointed with your order for some reason, we'll design for you another arrangement free of charge. We accept cancellations within 48 hours prior to your delivery or pickup date.
